  • Meg-Honey Parry (Guest)

Born in Brisbane, Australia, Meg began her training at The Dance Works in Brisbane and then continued her training at Queensland Dance School of Excellence.

In 2004 Meg was accepted into West Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), to continue her ballet and contemporary training.

In 2008 Meg joined West Australian Ballet as a Young Artist and at the end of the year was promoted to a full time artist for the 2009 season. Meg was promoted to Demi Soloist in 2014. In 2018, after 10 years with West Australian Ballet, Meg moved to Montreal, Canada to join Les Grands Ballets Canadiens.

Meg is happiest when on stage, giving something back to the audience. Her passion and love of performing have also given her a love of teaching adult ballet. Being able to make someone smile, laugh or relax, if only for a brief moment, is the reason Meg loves to perform.

Career highlights include dancing Tinkerbell in Peter Pan, Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, Swanhilda in Coppelia, Evil Queen in Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs and most recently dancing The Peasant Pas de Deux, ‘Les Amis’ in Ivan Cavallari’s new adaption of Giselle in Montreal.

Meg has also had the privilege of working with many amazing choreographers such as Cathy Marston, Ivan Cavallari, Marcia Haydee, Natalie Weir, Garry Stewart, David Jonathan, Timothy O’Donnell, Cass Mortimer Eipper, Gary Lang, Greg Horsman and Andre Santos just to name a few.
